Real Estate Counsel | High Profile + Celebrity Clients

This powerhouse boutique law firm boasts an international reach, supporting cross-border matters throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America, while handling exceptionally high-profile matters domestically. They seek a Counsel-level Attorney to join their busy and growing Real Estate Practice, with a primary focus on sophisticated residential transactions for celebrity and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with purchases and sales, leasing, real estate finance, privacy-focused ownership structures, and land use. The incoming attorney will work closely with both the firm’s women-led Real Estate Practice Leader and Corporate Practice Leader, whose clients frequently have real estate needs arise in connection with their broader business matters.

Given the firm’s high-profile clientele and concierge-level service, work/life balance is heavily prioritized, with a 1,600-billable-hour expectation designed to ensure the team remains well rested. This is a Partner-track opportunity offering significant room for growth, client exposure, and business development.

Compensation DOE, $270K–$320K+.
