Responsibilities will incl

• ude:Assisting with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing transact
• ionsReviewing and coordinating title, survey and zoning mat
• tersPreparing and reviewing closing documents, including deeds, mortgages, assignments and other ancillary documenta
• tionPreparing and filing UCC financing statem
• entsCoordinating transaction closings and communicating with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders and other third par
• tiesPreparing closing checklists, signature packages and closing bin
• dersAssisting with due diligence and maintaining transaction f
• ilesSupporting attorneys with commercial leasing matters and related documenta

tion
