Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Property Manager and Sales role based in New York, NY. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and vendor management across a portfolio of residential units. They will also manage move-ins and move-outs, ensure units are market-ready, and support furnished housing services for high-profile guests in coordination with internal teams. On the sales side, the role involves prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing listing and marketing materials, negotiating offers, and guiding buyers, sellers, and renters through the full transaction process. The position requires close collaboration with the brokerage, management, and concierge teams to deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience while meeting occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong property management skills, including lease administration, tenant relations, building operations oversight, and coordination of maintenance and repairs.
  • Proficiency in residential real estate sales activities such as client prospecting, property showings, market analysis, offer negotiation, and transaction coordination.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients, including high-profile and luxury clientele.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, deadlines, and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with real estate and property management software, basic data reporting, and use of digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
  • Valid real estate salesperson license in New York (or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
  • Prior experience in property management, residential leasing, or real estate sales in the New York metropolitan area strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site, including occasional evening or weekend hours as required for showings, client meetings, and building needs.
