We are expanding our platform and are looking for an entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. As a core part of our recruitment efforts, you will focus on executing targeted search strategies to identify and engage high-caliber talent in the market for Captona and its sister organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage top-tier talent, building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines across investment professionals, trading, research, sales, and corporate positions.
• Attend industry conferences and university events to engage with top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to pinpoint role requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies and sourcing plans.
• Deploy advanced market mapping and deep-dive research to uncover hidden talent pools and execute targeted search strategies.
• Conduct pre-screening and on-site interviews and coordinate interviews for hiring managers.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience of recruiting for financial institutions or organizations within the renewable energy sector
• Proven track record of using creative sourcing methods to engage with prospective talent
• Commercial demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to industry events, conferences, and campus events

The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000-$130,000 depending on experience. This position is eligible for a performance based bonus and comprehensive benefits.
