Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

Our client, a global water solutions company, is searching for a Contract Corporate Recruiter to support their Rosemont offices. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and grow the firm’s internal recruiting pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for an established recruiter who is looking to leave a make an immediate and lasting impact in a collaborative and evolving environment.

This is a 3-month hybrid contract with 3 days in office per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate and business functions

• Leading searches from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer management

• Building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing efforts and direct outreach

• Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and deliver top talent

• Managing candidate communications and recruiting workflows in a hands-on environment

• Providing regular updates to stakeholders while helping improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience with strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities

• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sourcing skills and comfort leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools

• Ability to operate independently with limited direction and thrive in ambiguous environments

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels

• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to recruiting
