Recruiter

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Recruiter to join its internal team. This is an opportunity for motivated candidates interested in building a career in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new clients and recruiting candidates for contract and permanent positions
• Presenting screened and verified candidates to hiring managers
• Coaching and managing performance of contract employees
• Managing client relationships

Requirements

• Driven to build a successful career in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Comfortable prospecting for new clients and building business relationships
• Previous sales, recruiting, customer service, or account management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, friendly and upbeat personality
• Associates degree or offsetting experience
• Microsoft Office computer skills
• Motivated to help others and make a difference in people's lives

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000/year
• Uncapped commissions
• Performance bonuses
• Successful recruiters can expect to earn $80,000+ by year two
