Role Description The Recruiter (Bilingual) role at Workforce Brokers LLC is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, with some flexibility to work from home. In this role, the Recruiter sources, screens, and interviews candidates for positions across events, logistics, distribution, construction, and related industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking and internal systems such as EDGE. The Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers and operations teams to understand staffing needs, present qualified candidates, and support onboarding processes. The role also involves building talent pools, nurturing candidate relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workforce quality.
Qualifications
- MUST BE BILINGUAL English/ spanish
- Experience with end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to work with recruiting and HR systems (e.g., applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or proprietary tools like EDGE) and maintain accurate, organized records.
- Knowledge or familiarity with staffing for events, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or construction environments is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including collaborating in the Chicago, IL office and working independently from home.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to equal employment opportunity and safe work practices.
- Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in recruiting or staffing.
