Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume operational roles, with a focus on hiring housekeepers, cleaners, and security staff. This is a standalone recruiting position, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable owning the entire hiring process from sourcing through onboarding coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience recruiting for similar field-based or service-oriented positions and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for housekeepers, cleaners, security personnel, and other related roles

• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process

• Post job openings and proactively identify talent through various recruiting channels

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up

• Handle recruiting administration and track hiring activity

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill roles efficiently

• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required

• Must have experience hiring housekeepers, cleaners, security staff, or similar positions

• Open to varying levels of overall recruiting experience, as long as the candidate has recruited for these types of roles before

• Ability to work independently as the sole recruiter

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable managing multiple openings at once

• Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite in Brooklyn

• Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
