Job Summary:

Dedicated experienced first-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring efforts and help fill key positions across the organization. This role involves actively sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications, and attending career fairs. Will partner on conducting interviews, and processing New Hire onboarding paperwork as needed.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting for all Staffing Xpress & Float Pool roles.
  • Collaborate with management to meet staffing and recruitment needs.
  • Source qualified candidates via online job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the role requirements and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate Staffing Xpress panel interviews as needed.
  • Assess candidate knowledge, skills, and experience to match open positions.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs & hiring events as needed.
  • Represent the organization in career events to attract top talent.
  • Comple pre-boarding and onboarding paperwork for new hires as assigned.
  • Present during program orientation as needed.
  • Conduct Skill Survey reference checks for final candidates.
  • Support promotional efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Distribute and manage new hire experience surveys for new hires upon completion of the probationary period.
  • Generate and maintain recruitment status reports for all roles and programs.
  • Prepare presentations for program reviews and leadership updates.
  • Track program timelines to ensure timely delivery of recruitment goals.
  • Assist with additional recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking system (ATS) or ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience using AI tools to support sourcing, candidate screening, and job-description creation.


Minimum Education:

  • Associates degree required and a minimum of 2 years of direct Recruitment / HR experience.
  • Human resource experience can substitute for a degree.
  • Must possess considerable knowledge of the principles of the interviewing function.
