Lozier Environmental Consulting, Inc. is a growing environmental consulting firm and laboratory serving clients throughout New York State. We specialize in asbestos analysis, airborne fiber monitoring, mold investigations, and potable and non-potable water testing.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is looking for more than just an office job. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in environmental services, project coordination, client relations, operations, or business development.

As a Report Coordinator & Environmental Services Associate, you will work closely with our laboratory staff, project managers, and clients while developing skills that can lead to advancement opportunities within our growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review environmental reports for accuracy and completeness
• Enter laboratory and project data into reporting systems and spreadsheets
• Assist project managers with client communication and project coordination
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services
• Manage electronic records, reports, and project documentation
• Perform proofreading and quality control checks on technical reports
• Coordinate information between laboratory personnel, project managers, contractors, and clients
• Support administrative and operational functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• CAD experience is a plus, but not required
