Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced S2P SAP Solution Designer with strong hands-on SAP configuration and Source-to-Pay (S2P) expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience across SAP MM, IM, PP, APO, Ariba, and OpenText, with a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, inventory, production, finance, and logistics processes.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, production support, and continuous improvement of SAP S2P solutions in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

SAP S2P Configuration & Solution Design

• Provide hands-on SAP S2P functional expertise across SAP MM, IM, PP, APO, Ariba, and OpenText.
• Design, configure, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP S2P solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Perform business process mapping, blueprinting, gap analysis, reengineering, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support SAP P2P, Subcontracting, and Stock Transport Order (STO) processes.
• Support Logistics Invoice Verification, SAP MM P2P, and FI Accounts Payable processes.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, diagrams, training materials, and functional specifications.

SAP Master Data & Integration

• Support SAP MM/PP master data, including:
• Material Master
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work Centers
• Routings
• Production Versions
• Production Resources and Tools (PRT)
• Support integration between SAP S2P and other enterprise modules, including FICO, SD, PP, PS, IM, and WM.
• Support integration with Ariba and OpenText solutions.
• Analyze and resolve integration issues across SAP and connected applications.

ABAP / RICEF Support

• Work closely with ABAP development teams to deliver required enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEF objects, including:
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms
• Support development and testing of ABAP solutions as required.
• Develop or support queries and SQL extracts based on business requirements.

SAP Lifecycle & Production Support

• Support the complete SAP S2P lifecycle, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Solution design
• Configuration
• Functional specifications
• Integration
• Testing
• UAT
• Go-live
• Post-production support
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S2P incidents and production issues.
• Implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support SAP upgrades and ongoing system enhancement initiatives.
• Assist with go-live planning, deployment, and stabilization activities.

Collaboration & Governance

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Work effectively across global, cross-functional teams using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Support audit requests and maintain documentation related to SAP controls and business processes.
• Prioritize multiple activities and deliver solutions in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing, and implementing enterprise-wide systems or ERP applications.
• 3–5 years of experience in an SAP S2P environment.
• Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP FSCM, SAP Receivables Management, and OpenText.
• At least 1 year of lead experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP S2P processes.

Education / Experience Equivalency

Candidates may also qualify through one of the following combinations:

• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of relevant enterprise systems/ERP experience, including 1+ year of lead experience; OR
• Master's degree + 3+ years of relevant enterprise systems/ERP experience, including 1+ year of lead experience; OR
• 8+ years of relevant enterprise systems/ERP experience, including 1+ year of lead experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP S2P processes.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions for global organizations.
• Experience designing scalable SAP systems and application solutions.
• Strong business requirements gathering and solution design experience.
• Experience with SAP configuration and UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
