Job title: Sales Enablement Specialist
Duration: 2-3 months
Location: Madison NJ
JOB SUMMARY
About the Role
The Sales Enablement Specialist is the bridge between sales strategy and day-to-day execution. You'll equip our sales representatives with the tools, training, and streamlined processes they need to get the most out of Salesforce — and you'll use what you learn from them to make our internal sales process better.
This role sits close to the sales team. You'll train reps, build reports that leadership actually uses, spot where the process breaks down, and partner across Marketing, Technology, and Brand to keep everyone rowing in the same direction. We're looking for someone genuinely passionate about Salesforce who enjoys helping other people succeed with it.
What You'll Do
Salesforce Training and Content Development
- Facilitate ongoing individual and group training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices
- Create and maintain training guides, quick-reference materials, and onboarding content that drive adoption of Salesforce tools
Sales Process Optimization
- Partner with Sales SLT and Sales Operations to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across the Salesforce sales cycle
- Help implement automation and workflow enhancements that improve sales efficiency, accounting for downstream impacts on other internal systems
- Proactively gather user feedback on what's working and what isn't, including by leading process improvement workshops
Sales Metrics and Reporting
- Build reports and dashboards that give sales leadership clear insight into performance and opportunity
- Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline health, and rep productivity, and flag trends worth acting on
- Customize prebuilt Enablement reports and dashboards
- Help define and implement criteria for outcome and milestone measures
Salesforce Business Administration
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce and the first line of support for the sales team
- Collaborate with the development team to configure features and customize the platform to fit how sales actually works
- Provide support on the dashCRM platform
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to support departmental initiatives
- Liaise with shared services on sales-related processes, enhancements, challenges, and rollouts
- Work closely with Marketing, Technology, and Brand teams to align messaging and sales efforts so communication stays consistent
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments
- Build working knowledge of the sales cycle and internal processes from the sales lens — including application submission, GCI, FDDs, and reporting
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed by leadership
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or technology
- Direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (required)
- Genuine interest in Salesforce and in helping others succeed with the tool
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced find, filters, functions and formulas, charts), plus Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Power Automate, and SharePoint
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions while owning your individual results
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- A positive, professional approach, discretion with confidential information, and close attention to detail
- The ability to think beyond immediate tasks and contribute to longer-term enablement strategy
Nice to have
- Data analysis experience
- Salesforce certification (Administrator or Associate)
- Familiarity with franchise or brokerage sales operations
