Our newly appointed Chief Financial Officer is modernizing our finance team and looking for a high-potential Senior Accountant. - Partner with leadership on post-acquisition financial integrations, purchase accounting, and opening balance sheets across a dynamic deal pipeline.
- Drive a tight monthly close covering core operations, treasury, fixed assets, ASC 842 lease accounting, debt structures, and accrued liabilities.
- Support cross-functional finance initiatives to streamline internal controls, optimize working capital, and elevate audit readiness for our PE sponsors.
- Tackle non-routine accounting challenges, partner with external auditors, and help build institutional-grade, sponsor-ready reporting frameworks.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a top-tier university or nationally ranked accounting program.
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required (or CPA eligible with exam parts passed).
- 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, with foundational training in public accounting (Big 4, top national, or top regional firm preferred).
- Solid foundation in US GAAP, financial reporting, and complex close processes, with an interest in learning M&A deal structures, PE reporting standards, and ASC 842.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to transition out of public accounting or routine corporate finance into a dynamic, fast-paced private equity environment.
