Senior Association Manager — Apex Management Group

The work

Serve as the single point of contact for your boards. Attend meetings (on average only 2-3 meetings per association per year). Walk your properties quarterly. Coordinate maintenance through our internal team and confirm it's done. Draft RFPs, compile bids, recommend and award vendors. Keep every task moving with a clear next step, every day.

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years managing condominium or HOA associations — you've run your own portfolio, presented budgets, and handled a difficult board without anyone holding your hand
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM a plus (not required — experience matters more to us)
• Fast, professional communication with boards, owners, and vendors
• Someone who owns outcomes — follows through without being chased
• Rhode Island-based, in-office
