Senior Counsel (Commercial)

Commercial Counsel | Healthcare AI | $220K–$260K | San Francisco, California

I’m currently hiring for a Commercial Counsel to join one of the fastest-growing AI healthcare companies in the US.

The business is transforming radiology through generative AI, with its technology already supporting more than one-third of US radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the US.

With $140M+ raised, a recent oversubscribed $68M Series C at a $528M valuation, and recognition from CNBC’s Disruptor 50 and Deloitte, the company is entering an exciting stage of growth.

This is a high-visibility legal role working closely with senior leadership and teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Security and AI/model development.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Complex commercial, SaaS and technology agreements

• Product counselling across AI research and model development

• Healthcare privacy, HIPAA and BAAs

• Generative AI regulation and emerging legal issues

• Supporting Sales and accelerating enterprise deal cycles

• Building scalable legal processes and infrastructure

Ideal background:

• 5+ years of legal experience

• 2+ years of commercial contracts / technology transactions

• B2B SaaS experience

• Healthcare technology and/or AI background

• HIPAA and healthcare privacy knowledge highly valuable

• Experience within a high-growth environment is a plus

• US-qualified attorney

Compensation: $220K–$260K base.
