Full job description
Company Description Tacori is a family-owned American luxury jewelry house, founded in 1979 and based in Los Angeles, California. The company has grown from a small jewelry studio into one of the most recognized names in fine jewelry, known for handcrafted creations made in America. Tacori emphasizes craftsmanship, attention to detail, and designs that hold personal meaning for individuals and families. For nearly 50 years, the brand has specialized in engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry that mark life’s important moments and become lasting heirlooms. Tacori creations are available across the United States and Canada through a network of authorized retail partners.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Tacori is looking for a Product Manager to own the digital product experience across our DTC consumer website and B2B retailer portal. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks strategically, executes precisely, and stays genuinely curious about where digital commerce is headed.
You’ll be stepping into an exciting moment: we’re mid-way through a major digital evolution — migrating from Adobe Commerce to Shopify Plus, launching a headless PWA storefront, standing up a B2B retailer hub, and integrating a new stack of tools including Klaviyo, Algolia, Sanity, and an AI-powered Ring Visualizer and Concierge. There’s a lot in flight, and this person will help land it.
Reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you’ll be the internal owner of our Shopify environment and a key cross-functional partner to Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and Sales — as well as our digital agency.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
– Day-to-day management and optimization of the Tacori DTC website and B2B retailer portal on Shopify Plus
– Oversight of the ongoing digital evolution project through end of year, including platform migration workstreams, integration launches, and QA/UAT
– Post-launch roadmap planning — translating business needs into a prioritized ecommerce roadmap in partnership with leadership
– Product data integrity across the catalog — taxonomy, attributes, imagery, pricing — in close partnership with Merchandising
– Site experience strategy: PLPs, PDPs, navigation, search, filtering, and on-site merchandising
– Agency relationship management — serving as the primary internal point of contact for our digital agency partner
– Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Creative, and Sales to execute launches, campaigns, and seasonal updates
– Performance monitoring and KPI reporting; translating data into clear recommendations
– Staying ahead of platform updates, AI tools, and emerging ecommerce capabilities — and bringing relevant ideas to the table
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– 5+ years of ecommerce experience, with clear platform ownership in a prior role
– Shopify required; Shopify Plus and headless/PWA experience strongly preferred
– AI-savvy — comfortable evaluating and working with AI-powered tools (search, concierge, personalization, etc.) and keeping up with how the space is evolving
– Demonstrated experience managing both B2C and B2B digital channels is a strong plus
– Strong grasp of product data management — catalog structure and attribute mapping Comfortable managing agency relationships and cross-functional workflows without a lot of hand-holding
– Analytically minded — fluent in GA4 or similar, can pull insights and act on them
– Detail-oriented with a bias toward clean data and consistent execution
– Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Algolia, or Sanity is a plus
– Luxury, jewelry, or fashion retail background a plus but not required
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000
