Senior Product Manager – Automotive Service Parts Systems

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead systems supporting an automotive OEM’s service parts and aftersales supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive service parts, product management, SAP/ERP systems, and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for service-parts supply chain systems.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, backlog, and release plans.
Improve forecasting, replenishment, inventory, ordering, allocation, backorders, and fulfillment processes.
Support parts master, VIN applicability, supersession, pricing, and lifecycle processes.
Drive systems supporting warranty returns, claims, invoicing, and reverse logistics.
Lead integrations across SAP/ERP, WMS, DMS, PLM, TMS, and Salesforce/service platforms.
Partner with engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Service, Logistics, Finance, Warranty, and IT teams.
Manage product rollouts, adoption, KPIs, and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience.
Strong automotive OEM service parts or aftersales experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP or another enterprise ERP.
Experience with service-parts supply chain systems.
Experience integrating ERP with WMS, DMS, PLM, TMS, or service platforms.
Strong experience with roadmaps, user stories, backlog management, and enterprise implementations.
Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.

Note: This is a product and systems leadership role, not a procurement, commodity buying, warehouse, or logistics operations position.
