  • Leading AR and order-to-cash excellence, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, credit management, and initiatives designed to reduce aging and strengthen cash flow.
  • Overseeing and optimizing AP, Payroll, and Shared Services, creating greater consistency, scalability, controls, and service quality across the organization.
  • Driving automation, technology enablement, and process transformation to reduce manual effort, improve productivity, shorten cycle times, and mitigate operational risk.
  • Strengthening governance, internal controls, vendor management, master data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate has led enterprise-level teams across Treasury, AR, AP, and Payroll and can demonstrate tangible results improving cash flow, CCC, DSO, DPO, and overall working capital performance.
