Brief Job Description

• Senior HRBP role partnering with Director/VP-level leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
• The role focuses on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, employee engagement, performance management, and executive coaching.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years in HRBP/strategic HR roles.
• Strong experience partnering with VP/SVP-level executives in technology or complex organizations.
• Direct experience supporting Software Engineering (SWE) teams; preference for candidates from FAANG/Big Tech.
• Expertise in at least 3 areas: organizational design, talent management, change management, workforce planning, employee relations, or executive coaching.
• Strong people analytics, business acumen, and organizational transformation experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/HR certifications preferred.
