Senior Human Resources Business Partner

I am currently seeking a high level HR professional for a key leadership role with a prominent healthcare organization located in Marysville, California. This is a full time, onsite position focused on driving strategic people initiatives and overseeing daily human resources operations.

As a senior level strategic partner, you will be responsible for advising executive leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering their growth while managing complex employee relations and ensuring total compliance with all legal and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a lead for HR operations within your assigned division to ensure goals are met and services are delivered effectively.

Act as a culture champion by developing strategies that improve employee engagement and promote a sense of belonging throughout the workforce.

Guide leadership through organizational design and transformation efforts.

Manage high risk employee relations cases and investigations with a focus on fairness and legal integrity.

Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risk and maintain compliance with current employment laws.

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to your direct reports.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor degree or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Minimum of eight years of comprehensive HR experience.

At least five years of experience in a leadership or management capacity, preferably within a healthcare environment.

Proven track record of coaching and advising senior leaders on complex organizational and staff issues.

Professional certification such as PHR or SHRM CP is preferred.

Additional Information

This role operates on a standard eight hour day shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in an onsite capacity at the Marysville facility. As this position is within a healthcare network, specific vaccination requirements are in place for the safety of staff and patients, though medical and religious exemptions will be considered.
