Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Director of Legal US to ensure full compliance with both local and international laws.
• Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents essential to business operations.
• Support our business units by mitigating risks and supporting regulatory and compliance matters.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a significant track record in both law firms and startup environments.
• Legal assistant/support experience, with a significant track record in both law firms and startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to support the management of complex legal issues with a strategic and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
