Senior Maintenance Manager

Heavy Manufacturing Maintenance Leadership

• 10+ years in industrial maintenance/reliability (seeking 5+ years leading maintenance teams)

• Experience managing technicians, planners, and contractors

• Proven accountability for uptime and plant reliability

Complex Manufacturing Equipment Experience - with several of the following:

• CNC machining

• TIG welding equipment

• Vacuum furnaces / thermal processing - not required it is a major plus

• Automated cleaning/process lines

• PLC-controlled manufacturing systems

Hands-On Technical Background

• Former maintenance technician, electrician, millwright, controls engineer, or similar

• Personally capable of troubleshooting equipment

• Comfortable on the shop floor coaching technicians

TPM / Reliability Excellence

• TPM

• Preventive maintenance programs

• Predictive maintenance initiatives

• Root cause analysis

CMMS Leadership (Must have CMMS experience - our CMMS management is in its infancy and requires management to make it more robust)

• CMMS implementation or administration

• PM optimization

• Asset hierarchy

• Spare parts control

• Maintenance KPI reporting
