Senior Construction Project Manager

This residential and commercial construction management firm have overseen a range of high-rise projects throughout the boroughs and now into Westchester.

They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 28-story, 400-unit, 500,000sf residential development in New Rochelle.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with circa 15+ years’ experience - primarily in the multi-family residential space - and, more importantly, at least one 20+ story project that they have run as the lead.

This is a 3-year project, so this is a stable opportunity with a busy and growing firm who can offer a generous salary for the right individual.
