The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Consolidations is a key member of the Interparfums, Inc. Corporate Finance team, responsible for leading SEC reporting, global consolidation activities, and financial statement disclosures. This highly visible role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and Operations across Interparfums' global organization to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.


The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SEC reporting and global consolidations, strong technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced public company environment.


This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting processes across departments and key business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to enhance reporting processes, maintain effective controls, and support audit and regulatory requests.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies.
  • Maintain robust documentation supporting SEC disclosures.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations process.
  • Review consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and related reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support SOX compliance initiatives, including control design, documentation, and testing activities.
  • Maintain the Company's SEC Reporting and consolidations platforms.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA license required.
  • 5 + years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • Big Four or large public accounting firm experience.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, Internal controls and SOX compliance.
  • Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
  • Experience working in a multi-national publicly traded company.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience with IRIS Carbon, Fluence, or OneStream is a plus.
