Project Manager, Creative Operations & Live Events
Seeking a Project Manager to oversee the development, approval, trafficking, and delivery of creative assets for major professional sports events and in-arena signage programs. This role will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure quality control, and support high-profile live events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management, creative operations, agency, media, sports, entertainment, or production experience
- Experience managing complex, high-volume creative projects from concept through delivery
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project tracking tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT preferred
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Experience with live events, digital signage, or sports marketing is a plus
The hourly range for this position is W2 $60-70/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
