Senior Project Manager (Environmental)

📍Brooklyn, NY

In office 5 days a week, occasional site visits

Responsibilities

• MUST be experienced with hands-on OER. Responding to comments, approvals
• MUST have hands-on experience submitting NY-OER on your own
• Experienced in writing, and reviewing Phase I and Phase II (ESAs), RIRs, RAWPs and Closure reports Etc. Oversight and implementation of remedial design and action plans.
• Assisting Clients to navigate the OER for E-Designation, NYCDEP, NYSDEC and the VCP& BCP (Brownfield Cleanup Program).
• Perform field activities such as sampling groundwater, soil, and gas; soil boring, well installation, Health and Safety planning and daily reporting
• Previous experience in managing and supporting Project Managers underneath you

Salary:

• $125-160k/year
