We're looking for a high-impact, hands-on recruiter who thrives in the trenches of talent acquisition. This is not a role for someone looking to quickly move away from recruiting. Instead, we're seeking a professional who is energized by sourcing top talent, managing multiple searches simultaneously, partnering with hiring managers, and successfully closing exceptional candidates.

What You'll Do
🔵 Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple business functions
🔵 Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates
🔵 Drive full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
🔵 Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent strategies and maintain hiring momentum
🔵 Build and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
🔵 Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting guidance to stakeholders
🔵 Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
🔵 Consistently deliver strong hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment
