Job Title – Senior Rust System Engineer

Position: Senior Software Engineer – Distributed Systems / Rust

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support highly scalable distributed systems and backend services using modern Rust.

Build high-performance, concurrent systems using Rust async/await, Sync/Send, memory synchronization, and atomic operations.

Work on distributed concepts such as consensus, replication, fault tolerance, and failure detection.

Own features end-to-end from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.

Optimize low-level performance, reliability, and maintainable code for AI/ML data orchestration systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on Rust development.

Distributed systems + concurrent programming experience.

Scalable backend/web services development.

Rust async/await, Sync/Send, ownership/borrowing.

Experience with production software lifecycle.

Nice to Have: Kubernetes, containers, Linux internals, storage systems, distributed KV databases, blob storage.
