Senior Strategic Sourcing - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

About the Opportunity

This is a client-facing role responsible for managing complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, and contract execution across a broad range of outsourcing and business services categories.

The position offers exposure to global stakeholders, large-scale transformation programs, and high-value sourcing initiatives within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for BPO and outsourced business services
• Develop category strategies, sourcing approaches, and supplier engagement models
• Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, RFIs, and RFPs
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
• Partner with legal, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Deliver measurable value through cost optimization and supplier management
• Support global sourcing programs across multiple regions
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Extensive experience sourcing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services
• Proven track record managing sourcing events from strategy through contract execution
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation capabilities
• Experience working within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Understanding of supplier risk management and outsourcing governance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting international sourcing programs
• Fluent English required
