Service Manager

Penn Power Group is hiring a Service Manager to lead our diesel service department in Syracuse, NY.

If you know your way around a diesel engine and know how to run a tight crew — this is your shop.

You'll manage day-to-day shop operations, mentor a team of diesel technicians, and keep customers in the loop from diagnosis to delivery. We're looking for someone hands-on, on the floor, who knows the trade and knows how to lead people.

What you bring:

✅ 3+ years heavy-duty diesel repair experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role

✅ Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, diagnostics

✅ Proven leadership and team management skills
