The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site operations for our luxury residential and hospitality renovation projects. This role is critical to ensuring our projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the exacting quality standards our clients expect. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader coordinating trades, tracking progress, and keeping every stakeholder aligned from groundbreaking to final punch list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications
• Procure materials to maintain steady workflow and meet productivity objectives
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and quality
• Identify discrepancies on-site or in drawings and generate RFIs to maintain project momentum
• Develop two-week lookahead schedules, outlining tasks, manpower needs, and required materials
• Attend weekly project meetings, providing direction and feedback to address on-site inquiries
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and work safety guidelines
• Maintain jobsite records/daily logs of work performed, deliveries, manpower, and incidents using Procore
• Ensure proper layout and installation of building MEP systems
• Collaborate with project managers to organize operations and meet schedule targets
• Resolve challenges through best practices and critical thinking to identify optimal solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, ideally on high-end residential or hospitality renovation projects
• Strong working knowledge of construction means, methods, and MEP coordination
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management/field reporting software
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and trades in occupied or high-profile NYC buildings
• Familiarity with NYC building codes, DOB requirements, and building/co-op logistics protocols is a plus
