Site Superintendent

M&M Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee commercial and public construction projects throughout North and Central New Jersey.

We are looking for a hands-on Superintendent with strong field leadership experience who can effectively manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and day-to-day jobsite operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily field operations and jobsite activities

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades

• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays

• Ensure work conforms to plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Coordinate inspections and participate in project/site meetings

• Enforce jobsite safety requirements

• Maintain daily reports and field documentation

• Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors

• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience preferred

• Experience with NJ public construction projects strongly preferred

• Familiarity with public works requirements, inspections, documentation, and project procedures

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• OSHA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites throughout North and Central NJ
