Hybrid in NY: NY, NY at ~1 day per week in office in Manhattan, 4 days per week from home

Open to Boston locals that can work ~1 day per week in Boston travel to NYC as needed / once per month in NYC

Contract to hire: $65-70 per hour

Salary conversion: $120-145,000.00 base

Join a high-impact team supporting enterprise finance initiatives in a highly integrated Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis, requiring a hands-on Business Systems Analyst who can drive projects through the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and process mapping through testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance Oracle Fusion Financials while analyzing end-to-end business processes across GL, AP, AR, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and Procurement. The ideal candidate understands how operational processes impact financial outcomes and can translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst experience
• Strong Oracle Fusion ERP Financials experience is required
• Expertise working directly with Finance teams with strong working knowledge of Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, and Financial Close
• Experience owning projects throughout the full SDLC
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
• Experience working in large, highly integrated enterprise environments
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, IT, developers, architects, and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Oracle Fusion Financials configuration experience
• Oracle implementation or upgrade experience
• Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery experience
• Experience with integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT, and enterprise process transformation
