POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Influencer Manager owns the influencer strategy across the Relatable brand portfolio, and is accountable for the programs and partner relationships that expand reach into new audiences. This role sets the annual creator partnership roadmap, owns the budget, and partners with one direct report on end-to-end execution, from sourcing and negotiation through activation and performance reporting, working in close partnership with organic social, paid media, PR, and brand teams.
This is a build and operate role. The right candidate is equally comfortable setting an influencer strategy, negotiating a top tier talent contract, and helping pitch programs that will get our brands in front of the right audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Market Intelligence
- Own the creator and influencer strategy across the Relatable brand portfolio, including the annual roadmap, creator tiering, sourcing process, and platform mix.
- Develop and execute a retention strategy that maximizes creator lifetime value and builds long-term partnerships at the relationship level.
- Track influencer trends, platform shifts, and emerging creator opportunities through competitive analysis and market research, applying findings to the roadmap.
Partnerships and Program Execution
- Direct senior-level partnerships and negotiations, and set the creative direction and approval standards for creator briefs across all brands.
- Build and scale a performance-focused creator program centered on DTC affiliate codes and platforms including Levata and ShopMy.
- Partner with PR on influencer seeding strategy and creator requirements.
Budget, Measurement, and Reporting
- Own the annual influencer, partnership, and events budget, including allocation by brand, spend tracking, and financial analysis.
- Build the influencer program reporting process and cadence, defining KPIs and dashboards, and report to leadership on performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
People Leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop the Associate Influencer Manager, setting clear expectations and providing quality control on day-to-day creator management and contract execution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within a high volume, fast-moving, startup environment.
- 2 years of experience with Levanta and affiliate platforms like ShopMy.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple brands and concurrent campaigns without dropping details.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity with the propensity to be proactive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong negotiation skills and command of creator contracting fundamentals, including deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and FTC disclosure requirements.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce briefs and leadership communications with minimal oversight.
- Fluency in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and a genuine instinct for what performs on each platform.
- Highly comfortable with numbers, including budget ownership and performance reporting.
- Experience mentoring or directing the work of junior marketers, agencies, or freelancers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to partner effectively with brand, paid media, organic social, PR, and leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct experience running influencer facing events, community events, or IRL activations, including on-site execution and vendor management.
- Experience with affiliate creator programs or social commerce.
- Experience with influencer platforms such as Tribe, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, or similar.
- Experience leading co branded collaborations or licensed partnerships.
- Familiarity with whitelisting and Spark Ads workflows.
- Existing relationships with talent agencies, creator managers, or event production vendors.

The Legal bits
The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 - 130,000.00 annually, plus eligible for an annual target bonus prorated from the start date. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
