What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (real estate, construction, or multi‑entity environments preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, acquisition‑heavy environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across multiple entities
• Advanced Excel skill required and experience with real estate accounting software desired.
