Staff Accountant

Title: Senior Staff Accountant

Location: San Diego, CA (100% Onsite)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Overview:

Seeking an experienced accounting professional to support daily accounting operations and assist with month-end activities. This individual will work closely with leadership and help ensure the accuracy of financial information and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support core accounting functions
• Prepare reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with monthly close activities
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Support special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
