Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3+ days per week onsite. Days are flexible.


Job Description

  • Act as an advisor to executives in the LinkedIn Sales Solutions Customer Success organization and help solve important strategic and operational problems facing the business.
  • Assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value.
  • Lead, execute, and scale operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise Customer Success leadership and inform day-to-day decisions.
  • Lead operational processes for the Customer Success organization, including territory allocation, audits, reports, dashboard development, data checks, and maintenance.
  • Advise senior members of the Customer Success organization on growing and optimizing their businesses through data-driven recommendations that support long-term strategic priorities.
  • Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations, including customer segmentation, headcount, financial planning, and territory planning.
  • Lead and provide recommendations on strategic, cross-functional projects that will shape LinkedIn's go-to-market motion.
  • Present insights and recommendations to executives and global sales operations partners.
  • Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners, including business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance, and systems teams.


Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or an analytical or operational role.
  • 4+ years of experience with Excel and SQL.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including expertise in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • MA/MS/MBA degree in business or a related field.
  • Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision making.
  • Experience communicating effectively, managing projects and time, and developing written and presentation materials for senior management.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify insights beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making.
  • Ability to flex between day-to-day operations, project management, and broader strategic initiatives.
  • Motivation to challenge the status quo and continually innovate.
  • Ability to effectively solve complex problems associated with high-priority strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working with Tableau, SQL/Presto, or Power BI.
  • Working experience leveraging GitHub, Copilot, or other AI tools.


Pay Rate

  • $81.08 - $86.25 per hour
