Role Overview

The Supply Chain & Fulfillment Analyst supports the execution of Kanzen Meal’s supply chain operations in a fast paced, rapidly scaling environment. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this role is responsible for managing and supporting demand & supply planning, reporting KPIs and other analytics, coordinating warehouses, inventories, fulfillment, and logistics activities while helping build repeatable processes suitable for a scaling CPG business. This role works closely with internal teams—including Sales, R&D, and Finance—as well as external supply chain partners. The Supply Chain & Fulfillment Analyst will support new product launches and operational improvements and contribute to the company’s transition towards a new ERP system.


Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment

· Manage end-to-end outbound order fulfillment to B2B customers (no DTC)

· Own and resolve exceptions and issues throughout the process

· Process PO EDIs via SPS

· Prepare and organize all necessary documents

· Manage operational relationship with 3PLs

· Manage finished goods inventory lots/shelf life/turns

· Detail and record all data points into ERP and ensure data hygiene


Freight & Logistics

· Oversee all freight shipments

· Manage operational relationships with brokers/carriers

· Manage, analyze, and drive lower freight costs by lane

· Search, assess, and onboard new 3PLS, brokers/carriers


Purchasing Support

· Manage select purchasing coordination with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs

· Manage PO lifecycle – creation, internal approvals, execution, receipt, invoicing approval, documentation

· Manage raw material and packaging inventory as needed

· Review and organize COAs and any food safety and QC documentation


Demand & Supply Planning

· Work with Sales Planning to continuously improve sales forecasting process and accuracy

· Assist with demand and supply forecasting for production and purchasing planning

· Provide rolling forecasts to key suppliers and ensure their available inventories for our planned needs

· Assist with creating and managing purchasing POs and internal approvals, and their completion


Analytics

· Update EOM inventory and purchasing schedule reports for Finance

· Maintain Sales and KPI dashboards

· Create other analyses or reports as needed


R&D Support

· Assist in sourcing projects/tasks as requested


Projects

· Assist or take on new projects or responsibilities as assigned

· Assist in project, timeline, and data management in Asana

· Wear multiple hats, learn new skills, and take on new responsibilities, as assigned


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

· 4–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics

· Superb proficiency in Excel

· Good proficiency in ERP

· Familiarity with Asana, Monday, Odoo, or similar

· Very good understanding of the MANUAL B2B order fulfillment process

· Very strong attention to detail and detail-oriented thinking

· Very strong organizational and business communication skills

· Very strong adherence to company rules, protocols, and norms

Preferred, not required:

· CPG, food, or beverage experience

· ERP implementation/migration experience

· Project management experience

· Experience supporting new product launches


Salary

Base salary: $72k~$90k
