Supply Chain Director (Manufacturing)

Lead supply chain strategy and execution across manufacturing operations, ensuring customer service, cost efficiency, inventory optimization, and supply continuity. Drive operational excellence and align supply chain capabilities with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Strategy — Develop and execute supply chain strategy across planning, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing interfaces.
• S&OP/SIOP — Lead integrated planning, resolve supply/demand imbalances, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Capacity Planning — Identify constraints, lead resolution, and establish scenario planning for manufacturing sites.
• Inventory Management — Set policies, reduce excess/obsolete stock, and improve working capital.
• Systems Transformation — Oversee ERP/MRP implementation, define future‑state processes, and ensure adoption.
• Risk Management — Establish governance, mitigate disruptions, and ensure supply continuity.
• Leadership — Lead functional teams, develop talent, and establish KPIs and governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Leadership experience in manufacturing supply chain planning, procurement, inventory, and capacity.
• Strong ERP/MRP systems expertise and process transformation experience.
• Executive communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Advanced degree or supply chain certification.
• Experience leading S&OP/SIOP maturity and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to translate growth into long‑range supply chain capabilities.
