Supply Chain Planning Manager

SES is partnering with a manufacturing organization looking for a planning leader who can come in, take ownership, and help make the entire operation run smarter.

What You Will Be Working On

• Own the site's production planning and scheduling function.
• Help connect production, materials, inventory, and warehouse activities into one coordinated plan.
• Strengthen ERP/MRP planning logic, parameters, and data quality.
• Stay ahead of capacity constraints, shortages, bottlenecks, and inventory challenges.
• Improve schedule reliability and overall factory execution.
• Lead the team toward more consistent planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.
