LOCATION: Two options ... Austin, TX or San Francisco Bay, CA

GNR has been retained by a $1B publicly traded, world-class manufacturing organization experiencing aggressive growth; we’re seeking a SENIOR DIRECTOR SUPPLY CHAIN to define & deploy a GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY - processes, policies & technologies.

We need a hands-on strategic leader with a well-rounded SUPPLY CHAIN / PROCUREMENT background who can optimize supply chain architecture across all divisions, ensuring best practices, technology investments, and process standards drive competitive advantage and operational scalability - own the SCM strategy in creating a Center of Excellence.

• Reporting directly to the Corporate VP Supply Chain, lead cross-functional projects that reshape how the supply chain organization operates across all divisions and geographies, including International sites.
• Manage, lead, and build a team to design & create a Center of Excellence for SCM with an emphasis on PROCUREMENT.
• An in-depth PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS experience – End to End sourcing, RFQ, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, PO management, supplier performance management ..etc. ,
• Supplier management systems architecture (Oracle Fusion, supplier portals, supplier qualification and management tools)
• Ensuring that best practices, digitalization, capital investments, and process standards drive competitive advantage and operational scalability … there are tremendous growth projections, both organic and M&A.
• Strong business acumen - finance, operations, SCM, capital investments, technology utilization.
• Collaborate with the Executive team on the company’s long-term strategy and the use of SIOP information - deliverables & forecasting.
• BS / MS / MBA with a minimum of 12 years’ Supply Chain experience within a Manufacturing environment
• US Citizenship / Perm Resident status required

OFFERING: Executive Compensation Package = Attractive base salary + generous bonus + RSU grants + relocation package

LOCATION: Two options ... Austin, TX or San Francisco Bay, CA area with approx. 20% travel to domestic and global divisions as needed
