Our client located in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all non-union positions, from requisition through onboarding.
• Build a candidate pipeline for future openings
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and address talent acquisition challenges.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the organization's employer brand, culture, and values to attract top talent.
• Extend employment offers, negotiate as appropriate, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate onboarding experience.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including Affirmative Action (AA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO-1), Veterans' reporting, Department of Labor (DOL) requirements, and recruitment dashboard reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent HR certification required.
• Minimum of two years of corporate talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.

Total Compensation: Up to $70K DOE

This role is fully onsite
