Talent Acquisition Partner - Temp

This Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a dedicated recruiting partner for the business, leading full-cycle recruitment, building trusted relationships with hiring leaders, and creating an engaging candidate experience that supports business growth.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You will move confidently between workforce planning conversations, proactive sourcing, interviews, offers, hiring administration, and continuous improvement while keeping candidates and hiring teams informed at every stage.
This is a 1-3 month Temporary Assignment.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Serve as point-of-contact for full-cycle recruitment, supporting positions from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, hiring criteria, and recruiting strategies.
- Recruit across production, operations, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and staffing resources.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Represent Watkins Wellness at hiring events and promote our employer brand in the marketplace.
Business Partnership & Candidate Experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing recruiting insights, market feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Conduct structured interviews and guide teams through sound hiring decisions aligned with The Watkins Way.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and transparency.
Recruiting Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and hiring documentation within recruiting systems.
- Coordinate offer, pre-employment, and onboarding activities to support a seamless hiring process.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and hiring outcomes while supporting broader People & Culture initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with demonstrated responsibility across the full recruitment lifecycle. Corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
- Experience recruiting for production, operations, technical, professional, or other business-critical roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing capability and comfort using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, community partnerships, and other recruiting tools to identify qualified talent.
- Ability to build credibility with hiring managers, navigate competing priorities, and provide clear recommendations with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information effectively to candidates, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work effectively within an Applicant Tracking System and Human Resources Information Systems. Workday experience is a plus.
- A candidate-first, service-oriented mindset with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Position Details
- Work mode: Hybrid
- Benefits available, if assignment exceed 90 days
- Hiring Range: $31 - $45hr
