Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Workplace Type: On-site

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruiting and support our team based in the SF Bay Area. The ideal candidate is a strong sourcer who can independently manage searches, build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and navigate competitive talent markets. Experience recruiting technical and highly specialized talent is strongly preferred.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning: partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, develop candidate profiles, and provide talent-market insights
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: own the recruiting process from sourcing through resume screening, interview coordination, Chinese+English bilingual interviews, candidate assessment, compensation negotiation, offer delivery, and pre-onboarding follow-ups independently
  • Talent Mapping & Pipeline Development: conduct market research, map target talent pools, and build long-term pipelines for critical and hi-po positions
  • Recruitment Analytics: track/report time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and new-hire retention to continuously improve overseas recruiting outcomes



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, MBA, or a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience with demonstrated ownership of full-cycle searches (supported by past recruitment data such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate)
  • Technical Recruiting Experience: proven, strong experience recruiting engineering, technology, or other highly specialized technical talent
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at different levels
  • Results-oriented, accountable, and able to independently drive projects to completion
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-timezone environment



NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Experience supporting compensation analysis, annual salary reviews, bonus administration, incentive programs, or other C&B-related projects is a plus
