EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency with multiple ATS platforms, preferably Workday
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in life sciences industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Coordinate candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Support recruitment activities, including interviews and candidate outreach
• Manage background checks, verifications, and reference checks
• Collaborate with hiring teams and vendors to ensure smooth process flow
• Maintain accurate ATS records and generate recruitment metrics
