A Robert Half Talent Manager is a hybrid business development and recruiting professional responsible for acquiring clients and recruiting skilled professionals for contract, contract-to-full-time, and full-time roles within Finance & Accounting. Responsibilities include business development through client outreach and meetings, recruiting, interviewing, and matching candidates to open positions, managing ongoing client and candidate relationships, and providing career guidance to professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

◦ Identify and cultivate new client relationships through various outreach methods, including phone calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings.

◦ Develop and maintain target client lists to grow the book of business.

◦ Negotiate rates and present Robert Half's staffing solutions to clients.


Talent Acquisition & Management:

◦ Recruit, interview, and evaluate finance, and accounting professionals.

◦ Match skilled candidates with appropriate contract, project-based, and full-time opportunities.

◦ Manage ongoing engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering quality service to candidates.


Relationship Building & Networking:

◦ Provide ongoing career guidance and support to candidates.

◦ Participate in local trade associations and networking events to increase Robert Half's presence and generate leads.

◦ Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and candidates.


Qualifications:

• Okay working 3-4 days onsite.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience in the specific industry sector (e.g., finance, accounting) is required.

• A background in business development or sales is essential. Bonus if you've worked in staffing prior.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Proficiency in business development technology tools and CRM systems is a plus
