Teachers & Instructors Needed

Firstsource is seeking experienced instructors, coaches, artisans, and hands-on professionals for an upcoming paid research project in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Multiple locations in San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Engagement: Project-based, independent contractor

Format: In person

Duration: 2-4 months

Selected experts will teach practical skills to a small group of beginners through a structured series of lessons.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong practical or professional expertise
• Previous teaching, coaching, training experience
• Ability to explain and demonstrate tasks clearly
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Reliability and availability for a multi-session project
• Relevant license or certification where required

Ideal Candidates

• Currently teach classes, workshops, or private lessons
• Have experience teaching individuals and small groups
• Can create or adapt a structured curriculum
• Help prepare vocabulary, reference materials, and assessment questions
• Maintain a consistent and engaging teaching approach throughout the project
• Can provide examples of classes, professional work, or instructional experience
• Are dependable, organized, and comfortable collaborating with a production team
