Job Description-

• Domain experience - Strong knowledge of Asset management on Commercial Real Estate business and had experience in managing IT for such client – CBRE, Blackstone, JLL etc.
• Own the business-facing UAT phase in pre-production. Set the UAT strategy with the Technology & Product team — scope, acceptance criteria, stakeholder orchestration, and formal business sign-off before release. Flex between leadership and support with Product team based on upstream test quality, but always be the "quarterback" driving the effort to close.
• Be the quality bridge between business and delivery. Turn Product requirements into real test scenarios, run stakeholder walkthroughs and defect triage, and lock down UAT readiness (test data, environment stability, onboarding). Engage early/upstream, not just at UAT, so quality is built in and business validation is fast.
• Establish program-wide quality gates for UAT and release, providing independent Go/No-Go assurance to program leadership and sponsors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, setting objectives, driving capability uplift (including fully leveraging AI tools like Claude), and owning resource and capacity planning across the QA team.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability and QA compliance across requirements, test cases, defects, and releases to satisfy internal audit and regulatory obligations.
• Own defect governance and quality improvements — driving root cause analysis when issues arise in testing / QA to make step-change improvements, predictive risk insights etc. that improve quality release over release.
