The Trade Marketing Manager, NOAM plays a pivotal role in driving regional media & trade marketing strategy and execution across an assigned brand portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales, Global Trade Marketing, Creative, key distributors and media agencies to build data-driven plans that drive awareness, elevate brand visibility, strengthen retailer & consumer engagement, and accelerate commercial performance. The Senior Manager oversees launches and leads complex cross-functional initiatives. She/He will support any business decision with analyses and market data and will ensure all marketing plans are successfully executed in market.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the 360° cross-functional brand engagement strategy, managing the annual calendar of product launches and integrated marketing initiatives across NOAM.
- Build and execute integrated marketing / go-to-market strategies that span media (Digital, Social, OOH, KOL, Events), merchandising, retail events and in-store animations to drive visibility, traffic and conversion.
- Manage and adapt media budgets for assigned brands & own the NOAM media tracker analysis report
- Be the Trade Marketing support lead for the Tiktok Team (creation of affiliates tools & events guidelines)
- Collaborate with Global Trade Marketing, Operations, PR, Training, and agencies to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and timely delivery of campaigns and assets of assigned brands.
- Analyze market trends, category performance, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, inform planning, and support commercial decision-making.
- Partner closely with the sales, distributor, and field team to tailor initiatives to retailer needs, support joint business plans, and ensure launch success across all markets.
- Oversee & challenge marketing and launch calendars of our Canadian distributors on assigned brands and support them with market-specific needs including presentations, local assets, merchandising, and retail activation guidelines.
- Represent trade marketing at key US retailer and distributor meetings, providing strategic recommendations and performance recaps.
- Lead and create all national Field Team event guidelines and tools to drive incremental sales at Key selling periods.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing or trade marketing function within the US market
- Beauty industry experience strongly preferred, with Fragrance or Luxury experience highly desirable

- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Adobe Suite knowledge required.

Travel Requirements
This position may require travel based on business needs. Travel may include visits to company locations, clients, vendors, industry events, or other business-related activities. The frequency and duration of travel will vary depending on business demands and may include occasional overnight stays. Employees must be able and willing to travel as required to successfully perform the essential functions of the role.

- The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $105,000 annually, commensurable with skills, experience, and qualifications
