Job Overview

Comrise is seeking a data-driven, strategic Logistics & Transportation Manager (Bilingual Mandarin) to join our team 100% onsite in Eastvale, CA.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee nationwide linehaul capacity, negotiate carrier contracts, leverage TMS/Excel data analytics to optimize routing efficiency, and manage carrier KPI performance. Key Responsibilities

• Linehaul & Capacity Planning: Oversee and optimize nationwide linehaul transportation networks, drayage, and trucking capacity to ensure seamless on-time performance.
• Carrier Sourcing & Negotiation: Build, negotiate rates with, and maintain a robust carrier pool (10+ 3PLs/freight vendors), driving cost efficiency and service quality.
• Data Analytics & KPI Tracking: Analyze transportation data, track key metrics (cost-per-mile, transit times, utilization), and utilize Excel/TMS to identify process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Operations: Partner directly with internal warehouse teams, fleet managers, and supply chain planners to mitigate operational bottlenecks and handle peak-season volume spikes.
• Vendor & Compliance Oversight: Lead carrier performance evaluations, contract compliance reviews, and operational risk mitigation for transportation disruptions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (Required).
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in transportation management, linehaul operations, fleet management, carrier dispatching, or 3PL logistics.
• Data Proficiency: Strong analytical background utilizing Excel, TMS, or ERP software to model costs, track KPIs, and build routing schedules.
• Vendor Management: Demonstrated success negotiating rates and managing relationships with external freight carriers and trucking partners.
• Location: Must be able to work 100% onsite in Eastvale, CA.
